I am running for re-election to the Superior Court of Gwinnett County as the most Senior Trial Judge. I know that this election matters to you and that’s why my fairness and justice record addresses concerns that directly affect your daily life. I ensure offenders are disallowed from disturbing your quality of life, making your families and communities in Gwinnett County a safer place to live, work, grow and enjoy.
In my previous judicial campaigns, I pledged and have kept my word to be fair by interpreting and applying the law as required. My work as a Judge of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County confirms my devotion to the rule of law, hard work, and dedication to my fellow citizens of Gwinnett County.
Experience is one of the best qualifications for a member of the judiciary. As a County, we need Judges with established records demonstrating that they respect the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States of America while respecting the court’s limited role. Gwinnett County deserves Judges who do not distort the law to satisfy their personal biases or prejudices. At the same time, we want Judges who are in touch with the real world outside the courthouse and the law books.
In addition to being a Judge of over twenty-three years, I am a husband and father, civic leader, taxpayer, and voter. These experiences have taught me responsibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic must be a judge’s north star. I hope to continue to work for all of you, my fellow residents of Gwinnett County.
