There are up to four Federal, State, and County Elections in 2022, and the General Primary Election and Nonpartisan Election will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

The Voter Registration and Elections Office is a division of the Department of Community Services overseen by the Gwinnett County Board of Voter Registrations and Elections. The performance of duties is mandated by state, federal, and local laws.
